Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AMOURE, including wedding planning tools, invitations, RSVP features, guest experiences, Heirloom, collaboration tools, and related services.

Effective date: Set on launchLast updated: September 20, 2026

AMOURE is a product of JTXConcepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal and privacy questions may be sent to jtxconcepts@gmail.com.

01

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, accessing or using AMOURE, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms. Customer and professional accounts are intended for users who are at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use AMOURE for another person or business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

02

The AMOURE Services

AMOURE provides digital wedding planning and guest-experience tools. Features can vary by plan, account type, wedding, region, and product configuration. AMOURE may add, improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features as the platform evolves, subject to applicable law and commitments made at purchase.

  • Wedding dashboards, checklists, timelines, budgets, collaboration and planning tools.
  • Wedding websites, invitations, guest lists, RSVP collection, plus-one management, seating and event information.
  • Heirloom, galleries, Memory Lane, Advice and other photo, video or memory-sharing experiences.
  • Partner collaboration, subscriptions, one-time purchases and other features offered from time to time.
03

Accounts and account security

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding your login credentials, and using your account only as authorized. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

  • Do not impersonate another person.
  • Do not access another wedding or account without authorization.
  • Do not share credentials in a way that circumvents seat or account limits.
  • Do not use information you are not authorized to use.
04

Wedding owners and collaborators

Wedding owners may invite planners, partners, spouses, family members, team members, guests or other collaborators. The wedding owner is responsible for choosing appropriate access and permissions. If you add information about another person, you must have a legitimate wedding-related reason and appropriate authority to provide it.

05

Guests and RSVPs

Guests may be able to locate an invitation, submit an RSVP, identify a plus-one, answer event questions or interact with a wedding without creating a full customer account. Guest information is also governed by the Guest Privacy Notice. AMOURE provides the technology used to collect and organize responses but does not guarantee guest identity, response accuracy, actual attendance, external message delivery or third-party vendor performance.

06

User Content and ownership

User Content includes photos, videos, text, messages, files, guest information, invitation content, Heirloom contributions, Advice, Memory Lane contributions and other material submitted to AMOURE. You retain the rights you have in your User Content. AMOURE does not claim ownership merely because content is uploaded.

07

Limited license to provide the Services

By submitting User Content, you grant JTXConcepts LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, reproduce, convert, transmit, display and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and provide the AMOURE Services you or the relevant wedding organizer requested. This does not give AMOURE permission merely from an upload to sell private wedding photos or videos as stock content or use private content in advertising.

08

Your responsibility for content

You may submit only content you have the right to share. You are responsible for obtaining permissions that are required for the content you upload and for complying with applicable privacy, publicity, copyright and other laws. AMOURE may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address infringement, maintain security or comply with law.

09

Heirloom

Heirloom may allow couples, guests and authorized participants to collect or share photographs, videos, audio, messages and other memories. Visibility depends on the wedding configuration. Content designated as private or couple-only will not intentionally be placed into a public gallery by AMOURE. AMOURE cannot prevent an authorized recipient from independently screenshotting, recording, downloading or redistributing content after receiving access.

  • Heirloom is not a permanent archival or backup service.
  • Storage, online gallery, archive and download periods may depend on the applicable purchase or plan.
  • Users should independently download memories they want to preserve permanently.
10

Purchases and payments

Some AMOURE features are free and others require payment. Prices, included features, capacity limits and billing terms are shown at or before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. AMOURE does not generally receive or store your full payment-card number.

11

Subscriptions and recurring billing

If you enroll in a recurring subscription, AMOURE will disclose the price and billing frequency before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends. Unless otherwise disclosed, cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively cancel a billing period that has already begun.

12

One-time purchases

Some AMOURE plans, upgrades, Heirloom products, archive products or add-ons may be sold as one-time purchases. A one-time purchase does not become a recurring subscription unless recurring billing is clearly disclosed and authorized. A one-time purchase may still have a defined hosting, storage, wedding, gallery or archive period.

13

Trials and promotions

AMOURE may offer trials, discounts, credits or promotional pricing. Additional terms shown with the offer apply. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the conversion terms and price will be disclosed before enrollment. Abuse of promotional eligibility may result in cancellation of the promotion.

14

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, checkout disclosures and any non-waivable rights available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

15

Partners and wedding professionals

Professional and Agency users are additionally governed by the Partner Terms. A planner or wedding professional using AMOURE remains an independent third party. AMOURE does not become a party to the contract between a couple and a planner, venue, photographer, vendor or other provider merely because the platform facilitates collaboration.

16

Acceptable use

You may not misuse AMOURE or use it to harm others, violate law, circumvent access controls or interfere with the platform.

  • Do not upload malware or harmful code.
  • Do not probe, attack, overload or bypass AMOURE security.
  • Do not scrape or harvest personal information without authorization.
  • Do not collect guest information for unrelated marketing, surveillance or profiling.
  • Do not send spam or use AMOURE for fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Do not reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
17

AMOURE intellectual property

Except for User Content, AMOURE software, interfaces, branding, logos, designs, templates, text, workflows and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to JTXConcepts LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of AMOURE gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purposes.

18

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions or feedback about AMOURE, JTXConcepts LLC may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to improve or develop products. This does not transfer ownership of your wedding photos, videos or other User Content.

19

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Wedding guests should also review the Guest Privacy Notice. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the Cookie Policy.

20

Third-party services

AMOURE may integrate with or link to third-party providers such as payment processors, infrastructure providers, maps, communication services and wedding-related services. Independent third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and AMOURE is not responsible for their independent products or services.

21

Service availability

We work to keep AMOURE reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, internet failures, third-party outages, security incidents and events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. Users should maintain independent copies of especially important content.

22

Suspension and termination

AMOURE may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material or repeated Terms violations, fraud, security risks, unlawful activity, nonpayment, abuse or other circumstances creating material legal or security risk. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

23

Account and content deletion

Eligible account information may be deleted through available controls or by request, subject to legal, security, payment, dispute-resolution, backup and other permitted retention requirements. Deleting an account or wedding can result in loss of access to associated information and content. Download content you wish to preserve before deletion.

24

No professional advice

AMOURE is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not act as your wedding planner, attorney, accountant, financial adviser, travel agent, venue, photographer, insurer or other professional service provider. Planning resources and templates are general tools, not a substitute for professional advice where appropriate.

25

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMOURE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every feature will always be available, that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that user-supplied information will be accurate, that content will remain available indefinitely, or that use of AMOURE will produce a particular wedding, business or financial outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

26

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JTXConcepts LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the applicable Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100 if the applicable Services were used without payment. These limits do not apply where law prohibits them.

27

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JTXConcepts LLC from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses and reasonable costs arising from User Content that violates another person’s rights, your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful misuse of AMOURE or information you submit about another person without appropriate authorization. This does not require a consumer to indemnify AMOURE for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.

28

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived. Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact jtxconcepts@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

29

Changes to these Terms

AMOURE may update these Terms as the Services, business or legal obligations change. Material changes will receive reasonable notice where required or appropriate. If applicable law requires renewed consent, AMOURE may request it. We may record the version, timestamp and account identifier associated with an acceptance.

30

Electronic communications

You agree that AMOURE may provide transactional notices, agreements, disclosures, receipts and account notices electronically where permitted by law. Marketing communications are handled separately and remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

31

General terms

You may not transfer your account in a way that gives another person unauthorized control. JTXConcepts LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or transfer of the AMOURE business. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the agreement governing the applicable Services.

32

Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to JTXConcepts LLC at jtxconcepts@gmail.com. A public mailing address is not currently listed. Where applicable law requires additional contact information, JTXConcepts LLC will provide it through the appropriate notice or communication.
