Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how AMOURE handles subscriptions, cancellations, one-time purchases, trials, upgrades, add-ons, billing errors and refund requests.

Effective date: Set on launchLast updated: September 20, 2026

AMOURE is a product of JTXConcepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal and privacy questions may be sent to jtxconcepts@gmail.com.

01

General policy

Because AMOURE primarily provides digital services and online functionality, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid service, digital access or billing period has begun, except where this Policy or checkout terms provide otherwise, AMOURE agrees otherwise, or applicable law requires a remedy. Nothing in this Policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

02

Recurring subscriptions

For recurring plans, price and billing frequency are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled; cancellation prevents future renewal charges; cancellation does not retroactively cancel the current paid billing period; eligible paid access continues through that period; and unused days are not ordinarily prorated or refunded.

03

How cancellation works

Cancel through the method provided in your AMOURE account or another method identified by AMOURE. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge. Deleting an app, closing a browser, abandoning a wedding or simply stopping use does not by itself cancel a subscription.

04

One-time purchases

Some customer plans, wedding experiences, upgrades, Heirloom products, capacity purchases, archive products or add-ons may be sold as one-time purchases. Unless otherwise disclosed, they do not automatically renew. They may still have defined service, hosting, storage, gallery or archive periods. Once paid digital access is made available, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or this Policy.

05

When a digital service has begun

A paid digital service may be considered begun once the purchased functionality is made available. Examples include creating or publishing a paid wedding, accessing paid planning tools, inviting collaborators, activating paid guest or Heirloom features, using paid capacity or otherwise receiving material access. A future wedding date does not mean the digital service has not begun.

06

Wedding cancellation or changes

If your wedding is canceled, postponed, moved, rescheduled, reduced in size or otherwise changed, that does not automatically create a right to an AMOURE refund when the purchased digital service has already been provided. AMOURE may choose to offer a credit, date adjustment or other accommodation in unusual circumstances, but such accommodations are not guaranteed unless required by law or checkout terms.

07

Trials

Trial duration and conversion terms will be disclosed before enrollment. If a trial converts to paid, cancel before the disclosed conversion or renewal date to avoid the charge. Once a valid paid billing period begins, the normal subscription refund rules apply. Trial eligibility may be limited to new or otherwise eligible users.

08

Upgrades

Upgrade price and billing treatment will be shown before confirmation. An upgrade may take effect immediately or on the next billing period. Once upgraded functionality has been made available, an expressly disclosed upgrade charge is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

09

Downgrades

Unless otherwise disclosed, downgrades take effect at the next renewal. AMOURE generally does not prorate the current billing period merely because a customer or Partner elects a lower-priced plan. You may need to reduce active weddings, team members, seats, storage, capacity or plan-specific usage before the downgrade takes effect.

10

Add-ons and capacity

Additional wedding capacity, Partner seats, Heirloom upgrades, storage, archive products and other add-ons are generally non-refundable after activation or use. Specific terms displayed with the add-on control if they differ from this rule.

11

Heirloom purchases

Heirloom purchases may include defined collection, gallery, storage, archive or other availability periods. Heirloom does not guarantee permanent storage. Failure to download content before a disclosed period ends does not ordinarily create a refund right.

12

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe AMOURE charged you twice, charged an amount different from checkout, continued billing after a properly completed cancellation should have taken effect or otherwise made a billing error, contact jtxconcepts@gmail.com promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected.

13

Unauthorized charges

If you believe your AMOURE account or payment method was used without authorization, contact jtxconcepts@gmail.com and your payment provider where appropriate. We may request reasonable information needed to investigate and secure the account.

14

Service not provided

If you paid for a product and AMOURE fails to provide it, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include restoring access, correcting or re-performing the service, replacement functionality, account credit or a partial or full refund. Mandatory remedies remain available.

15

Defective or materially misdescribed services

If a paid service is materially defective or materially inconsistent with what was represented at purchase, contact us. Where appropriate, AMOURE may first attempt to correct or re-perform the service. If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, another remedy, including a refund where required by law, may apply.

16

Promotions

Promotional discounts generally have no cash value and cannot be refunded separately. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, the maximum refund ordinarily will not exceed the amount actually paid after applying the promotion. Separate promotional terms may apply.

17

Referral commissions

If a transaction tied to a Partner referral is refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent or otherwise disqualified, the corresponding referral commission may be canceled, deducted or reversed under the Partner Terms.

18

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact AMOURE before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate legitimate billing issues. This does not limit lawful chargeback rights. AMOURE may provide transaction records, account activity, checkout disclosures and acceptance records when responding to a dispute.

19

Refund method and request information

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Banks and payment providers control posting time after a refund is issued. To request review, email jtxconcepts@gmail.com with your name, account email, relevant wedding or Partner organization, transaction date, product, reason and receipt if available. Do not send full card numbers or banking passwords.

20

Mandatory consumer rights

If applicable law gives you a cancellation, correction, re-performance, refund, withdrawal or other remedy that conflicts with this Policy, the legally required right controls.

21

Changes and contact

AMOURE may update this Policy for future purchases. Existing transactions are governed by checkout terms, the applicable policy version and mandatory law. Questions may be sent to JTXConcepts LLC at jtxconcepts@gmail.com.
