Guest Privacy Notice

This short-form notice explains what happens to personal information when you interact with an AMOURE wedding as a guest, plus-one, family member or other wedding participant.

Effective date: Set on launchLast updated: September 20, 2026

AMOURE is a product of JTXConcepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal and privacy questions may be sent to jtxconcepts@gmail.com.

01

Why AMOURE may already have your name

A couple, wedding planner or other authorized organizer may add you to a guest list before you interact with AMOURE. The information may include your name, invitation group, email address, phone number, invited events, plus-one eligibility, seating information or other details reasonably needed to organize the wedding.

02

Information you provide when you RSVP

When you RSVP, AMOURE may collect your name, attendance response, event selections, plus-one response and name, meal choice, dietary or accessibility information, travel details, messages and answers to questions selected by the wedding organizer. Please provide only information appropriate for the wedding.

03

Who can see your RSVP

RSVP information may be available to the couple, authorized planners, authorized agency team members, authorized wedding collaborators, and AMOURE personnel or service providers where needed to operate or support the Services. Not every wedding guest receives access to the full guest list or all responses.

04

Wedding websites and invitations

Wedding websites or invitations may contain information intended for invited guests, including names, dates, venues, schedules, travel information, accommodations, dress codes, registries and wedding-party information. A link should not automatically be treated as confidential merely because it is not publicly advertised.

05

Heirloom contributions

Heirloom may allow you to contribute photos, videos, audio, messages, captions, stories and other wedding content. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to share it and should consider the privacy of others who appear in it.

06

Who can see Heirloom content

Depending on the wedding configuration, Heirloom content may be available to the couple, authorized planners or collaborators, invited participants, a wedding gallery or another audience selected for the wedding. AMOURE will not intentionally place content designated as couple-only or private into a public gallery.

07

Copies by authorized recipients

AMOURE can provide access controls but cannot prevent an authorized viewer from taking screenshots, recording a screen, downloading where permitted, photographing a display or sharing content outside AMOURE. Consider this before submitting sensitive material.

08

Ownership of guest content

You do not give JTXConcepts LLC ownership of your photos, videos, messages or other original content merely by submitting them. You grant only the limited permission necessary to receive, host, store, process, transmit and display the content as part of the relevant wedding experience. An upload alone does not authorize AMOURE to sell private wedding content as stock media or use it in advertising.

09

Memory Lane and Advice

If you submit a memory, story, advice, message or media through Memory Lane, Advice or similar features, the contribution may be shown to the audience identified for that wedding experience. Consider the intended audience before submitting something about another person.

10

How guest information is used

AMOURE may use guest information to locate invitations, record attendance, manage plus-ones, communicate wedding information, organize event participation, support seating, operate Heirloom, display authorized content, troubleshoot problems, secure the platform, prevent abuse, provide support and comply with law. AMOURE does not use a private guest list as a general marketing mailing list merely because someone was invited to a wedding.

11

Wedding communications

Guests may receive invitation notifications, RSVP confirmations or reminders, event updates, schedule changes and other wedding-related communications. These are wedding or service communications, not general AMOURE marketing. Unrelated promotional marketing will be handled under applicable consent and opt-out rules.

12

Service providers

AMOURE uses providers for infrastructure, databases, authentication, content storage, email delivery, security, analytics and payments. Supabase currently supports portions of application infrastructure. Providers may process information only as appropriate for their role and subject to applicable requirements.

13

We do not sell guest lists

AMOURE does not sell private wedding guest lists, RSVP responses, private wedding photos or private Heirloom videos for monetary payment. If future advertising or tracking technology creates legally defined sale, sharing or opt-out rights, AMOURE will provide the required controls.

14

Retention

Guest information may remain associated with a wedding for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the experience, subject to the wedding lifecycle, account status, plan, archive settings, Heirloom periods, legal obligations, security requirements and deletion requests. Heirloom is not permanent storage. Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups until backup cycles expire.

15

Privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent or other privacy rights. Send requests to jtxconcepts@gmail.com and identify the wedding or interaction involved so we can locate the relevant information. Identity verification may be required.

16

When a couple or planner controls information

Some guest information may have been provided by and be controlled by the couple or professional partner. We may need to coordinate with that person or business when handling a request. This does not remove privacy obligations that independently apply to JTXConcepts LLC.

17

Plus-ones

If an invited guest provides information about a plus-one, they should provide only information reasonably necessary to identify and include that person. A plus-one may contact AMOURE about their personal information using the contact information below.

18

Children

Children may appear in guest lists, wedding parties or wedding media. Customer accounts are not directed to children under 13. A parent, guardian, couple or authorized organizer may provide limited information about a child where reasonably necessary for a legitimate wedding purpose.

19

International processing and security

Wedding participants may be in multiple countries, so information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards will be used. AMOURE uses reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
