Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how AMOURE uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, functionality, analytics and other online services.

Effective date: Set on launchLast updated: September 20, 2026

AMOURE is a product of JTXConcepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal and privacy questions may be sent to jtxconcepts@gmail.com.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of information placed on or accessed from a browser or device. They can recognize a browser, maintain a login session, remember preferences, provide security, understand usage or support other functionality. Some expire when the browser closes; others remain for a defined period or until deleted.

02

Similar technologies

This Policy also covers technologies that perform similar functions, including local storage, session storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, device identifiers and comparable browser or device storage technologies.

03

Strictly necessary cookies

These technologies are needed to operate AMOURE or provide a service you request. They may support authentication, secure login, session management, security, fraud prevention, checkout, privacy preferences and essential application features. Blocking them may prevent AMOURE from working correctly.

04

Functional cookies

Functional technologies may remember interface, display or convenience preferences. Where applicable law requires consent for these technologies, they will not be used until appropriate permission has been obtained.

05

Analytics cookies

Analytics technologies may help AMOURE understand how visitors reach the Services, which pages and features are used, whether users encounter errors and how the product can be improved. Where consent is required, analytics technologies will be controlled accordingly.

06

Advertising and marketing cookies

AMOURE may in the future use technologies to measure advertising or understand marketing effectiveness. If AMOURE uses behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising or similar technologies, we will provide notices and consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law. Marketing technologies will not be labeled strictly necessary merely because they are useful to AMOURE.

07

Supabase

AMOURE uses Supabase for portions of application infrastructure, including authentication and database services. Authentication-related technologies may be used to maintain secure user sessions.

08

Stripe

AMOURE uses Stripe for payment-related services. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention, security and checkout functionality. Stripe may process information under its own privacy documentation in addition to acting as a service provider to AMOURE.

09

Cookie inventory

AMOURE will maintain an inventory based on technologies actually deployed. The inventory may identify technology name, provider, purpose, category, duration and whether it is first-party or third-party. Because technologies can change as providers or the platform are updated, the live cookie-preference interface or current inventory should be treated as the most current record of active optional technologies.

10

Consent

Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, AMOURE will request it before placing or accessing those technologies. Declining optional cookies should not prevent core functionality that does not depend on them. Consent may be withdrawn through available preference controls.

11

Necessary technologies without optional consent

Where legally permitted, necessary technologies may operate without optional cookie consent because they are needed to log you in, protect account security, maintain a session, process a payment, remember privacy choices, prevent fraud or route network traffic. Necessary classification will not be used to disguise unrelated analytics or advertising.

12

Wedding and guest experiences

Wedding websites, invitations, RSVPs and Heirloom pages may use necessary technologies to locate the correct wedding, maintain a secure session, process RSVP submissions, prevent abuse and operate guest-facing functionality. Optional analytics or marketing technology will be handled under applicable consent or opt-out requirements.

13

Payment technologies

Payment pages may involve cookies or similar technologies operated by Stripe or another processor for transactions, authentication, fraud detection, security and payment-industry requirements. JTXConcepts LLC does not independently control every technology set directly by a third-party payment provider.

14

Analytics information

If analytics are enabled, information may include pages viewed, feature interactions, referral source, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, session events and errors. The presence of a provider does not mean every feature offered by that provider is enabled.

15

Advertising and cross-site tracking

AMOURE does not need behavioral advertising technology merely to operate wedding planning, RSVP or Heirloom. If social-media or advertising pixels are introduced, this Policy and preference controls will be updated where appropriate. If processing constitutes legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising, the applicable opt-out will be provided.

16

Global Privacy Control

Where applicable law requires AMOURE to recognize a qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, AMOURE will treat that signal in accordance with applicable law.

17

Your cookie choices

Where available, you may manage optional technologies through AMOURE’s cookie-preference interface. Depending on enabled technologies, options may include Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, Analytics preferences, Marketing preferences and Save Preferences. Essential technologies may remain enabled.

18

Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and change third-party cookie settings. Blocking all cookies may cause login, checkout, RSVP, wedding or other AMOURE features to stop working properly.

19

Withdrawal and preference records

Where optional technologies are based on consent, you may withdraw consent going forward. AMOURE may use a necessary preference cookie or similar record to remember your choices and help demonstrate compliance. Deleting browser storage can also remove the device-level record of your preference and cause the preference interface to appear again.

20

Third-party technologies and Do Not Track

Third parties may have their own privacy and cookie practices. AMOURE evaluates and configures integrations as appropriate but does not control every independent third-party mechanism. There is no single universal standard for all browser Do Not Track signals; AMOURE will honor browser-based signals that applicable law specifically requires.

21

Changes and contact

Cookie use may change as AMOURE adds or removes functionality, analytics, payment tools, security tools or marketing integrations. Where a material change requires new consent, disclosures and controls will be updated as appropriate. Questions may be sent to JTXConcepts LLC at jtxconcepts@gmail.com.
