AMOURE is a product of JTXConcepts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal and privacy questions may be sent to jtxconcepts@gmail.com.
Scope
This Policy applies to personal information processed through AMOURE and covers customers, couples, prospective customers, guests, plus-ones, wedding-party members, family members, planners, partner team members, vendors whose information is entered into AMOURE, people appearing in submitted media, website visitors and people who contact us.
Our privacy role
JTXConcepts LLC generally determines the purposes and means of processing for AMOURE accounts, subscriptions, billing, platform security, authentication, support, product analytics, legal compliance, fraud prevention and AMOURE communications. For some guest or client information uploaded by a couple or professional partner, AMOURE may process information to provide the requested service on their instructions while independently determining certain processing needed for security, billing, legal compliance and platform operation.
Account and identity information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, usernames or identifiers, authentication information, profile information, account roles and preferences. Passwords are not stored by AMOURE in readable plain text.
Wedding and event information
Customers and authorized partners may provide wedding dates, event dates and times, venues, addresses, schedules, travel details, accommodation information, dress codes, wedding-party details, invitations, planning notes, vendor information and other wedding-related details. Some information may intentionally be displayed to invited guests or authorized collaborators.
Guest and RSVP information
AMOURE may process guest names, contact details, invitation groups, attendance responses, event selections, plus-one eligibility and names, meal choices, seating assignments, travel details, guest messages and responses to wedding-specific questions. Organizers should request only information genuinely necessary for the event.
Heirloom and User Content
When you use Heirloom, Memory Lane, Advice, galleries, invitations or other content features, we may process photos, video, audio, captions, messages, stories, memories, comments, files, dates, metadata and information contained in the content. Photos and videos may include people other than the uploader. AMOURE does not claim ownership of User Content merely because it is uploaded.
Partner information
For wedding professionals and team members, we may collect business names, business contact details, professional roles, team membership, permissions, managed weddings, subscription details, seat and capacity information, referral information, commissions, payout status and payment-provider identifiers.
Payments and transactions
When you purchase from AMOURE, we may receive plan or product details, transaction amount, currency, dates, subscription status, renewal information, invoice details, refund status, payment status and limited payment-method information supplied by our payment processor. AMOURE does not generally receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
Communications
If you contact us, we may process emails, support requests, feedback, complaints, privacy requests and other correspondence, and may associate those communications with your account when needed to provide support.
Device, log and usage information
We or our service providers may automatically receive IP addresses, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, login events, feature interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers, errors, crashes and security logs. AMOURE does not intend to collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly requests it and any required permission is obtained.
Cookies and similar technologies
AMOURE may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, functionality, analytics and measurement. Where legally required, non-essential technologies are subject to consent or opt-out controls. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
Sources of information
We may receive information directly from you, from a couple or wedding organizer, from a planner or professional partner, from another guest or contributor, from service providers and automatically through your use of the Services.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to provide and personalize AMOURE, manage accounts, weddings, invitations, RSVPs, plus-ones, seating, collaboration and Heirloom; process payments; communicate with users; secure the platform; prevent fraud; provide support; improve the Services; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases where required
Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, AMOURE may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations or other legally recognized grounds. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it subject to applicable law, without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to the couple or wedding organizer, authorized planners and collaborators, invited users where content is intentionally shared, service providers that help operate AMOURE, authorities or others where legally required, and parties involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or similar transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
Service providers
AMOURE currently uses Supabase for portions of application infrastructure and Stripe for payment-related functionality. We may also use providers for hosting, content storage, email delivery, security, analytics, error monitoring and customer support. Providers may change as the platform evolves.
Sale and sharing
AMOURE does not sell private wedding photos, videos, RSVP information or guest lists for monetary payment as part of its business model. Some privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly when advertising or tracking technologies are involved. If AMOURE uses technology that triggers such rights, we will provide the legally required notice and choice mechanism.
Heirloom privacy
Heirloom visibility depends on wedding configuration. Content may be visible to the couple, authorized collaborators, invited participants or another audience selected for the wedding. AMOURE will not intentionally make couple-only content public. Authorized recipients may still independently copy or redistribute content. Heirloom is not permanent archival storage.
Sensitive information
AMOURE is not designed for unnecessary highly sensitive information. Do not place Social Security numbers, passport numbers, government IDs, bank passwords, full payment-card data or detailed medical records in ordinary wedding fields. Dietary or accessibility responses may reveal sensitive information in some jurisdictions, so organizers should collect the minimum necessary.
International data transfers
AMOURE users may be located in different countries. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where JTXConcepts LLC or service providers operate. Where legally required, AMOURE will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard, which may include adequacy decisions, approved contractual safeguards, standard contractual clauses, consent where legally permitted or another recognized mechanism.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide AMOURE and satisfy legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution obligations. Account data may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Wedding, guest and RSVP information may remain associated with a wedding until deletion, account deletion, archive expiration, product retention expiration or another applicable retention event. Billing and legal records may be retained longer where required. Deleted data may remain temporarily in secure backups until the backup cycle expires.
Security
AMOURE uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including measures relating to authentication, access controls, database security, infrastructure security, monitoring and software maintenance. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of personal information; request portability; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive information; or exercise other legally provided rights. Not every right applies in every jurisdiction or circumstance.
Exercising privacy rights
Send privacy requests to jtxconcepts@gmail.com and provide enough information for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity and may request information reasonably necessary for verification. Authorized agents may act where permitted by law and may be required to provide proof of authorization.
Requests involving guest information
Guest information may have been supplied by a couple or professional partner. We may need to determine whether AMOURE can act directly, whether the wedding organizer controls the relevant information, or whether responsibilities are shared. Where appropriate we may coordinate with the relevant organizer. This does not eliminate obligations that independently apply to JTXConcepts LLC.
California privacy information
Where California privacy law applies, categories AMOURE may collect include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, audiovisual information, professional information, limited inferences and information that may be classified as sensitive when voluntarily provided. Applicable California rights may include knowing, accessing, deleting, correcting, opting out of certain sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information and nondiscrimination for exercising rights.
EEA, UK and similar rights
Where GDPR, UK GDPR or comparable law applies, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, an objection right may apply based on particular circumstances.
UAE privacy rights
Where applicable UAE privacy law applies, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, restriction or stopping certain processing, consent and other rights provided by applicable law. AMOURE will handle applicable requests and cross-border transfers in accordance with legally applicable UAE requirements.
Marketing communications
AMOURE may send marketing where permitted by law and will request consent where required. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the mechanism provided. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary security, receipt, subscription, RSVP or service communications.
Automated decision-making
AMOURE does not currently use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. If this materially changes, we will update our disclosures and provide rights required by applicable law.
Children
AMOURE customer and professional accounts are not directed to children under 13. Children may still appear as invited guests, family members, wedding-party members or people in wedding media. A parent, guardian, couple or authorized organizer may provide limited information about a minor where reasonably necessary for legitimate wedding purposes.
Third-party services
Independent third-party services linked to or integrated with AMOURE are governed by their own privacy policies when they independently determine how they process information. JTXConcepts LLC is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices merely because a service is linked or integrated.
De-identified and aggregated information
AMOURE may create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual and use it to understand usage, improve features, conduct analytics, plan capacity and operate the business. Where information is legally considered de-identified, we will not intentionally re-identify it except where permitted for security, testing or compliance.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as AMOURE features, providers, practices or legal obligations change. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate or required. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to JTXConcepts LLC at jtxconcepts@gmail.com. A public mailing address is not currently listed.
